- Guests are typically required to make a 21% advance payment at the time of the booking (unless otherwise specified for certain periods). For reservations made with a partial advance payment, the remaining balance must be settled upon arrival at the property during check-in.

- Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 6 people. In case of a group of 3 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.

- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.

- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.

- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

- Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas at the premises. However, the same shall be only as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.

- We maintain strict quiet hours after 10 PM. Do not play loud music or cause nuisance, as the place is located in a village area. Please respect neighbours and culture around.

- All guests are advised to secure their belongings at all times. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

- Right to admission reserved.

Important note for Monsoon months (roughly mid-June to mid-September):

- All water-based adventure activities (including river rafting), bungee jumping, and zip lining will remain closed.

Chargeable activities:

Pool Table: INR 150 per hour (12-10 PM)

The swimming pool remains open for guests between 8 am and 8 pm.

//For Arrivals from 22nd December 2025 till 3rd January 2026:

- We require a 100% advance payment at the time of reservation to confirm your booking.

- Cancellation requests received more than 7 days before your check-in date will receive a 100% refund.

- Cancellation requests received within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund and the entire advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. Bookings created within this 7-day period are also non-refundable. Additionally, no date modifications (changes to dates or reduction of stay duration) are allowed within this 7-day window and will be treated as cancellations.

- In case the property is not able to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances, we will provide you with a credit of the same amount. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking at any of our properties.
