Guests are typically required to make a 50% advance payment at the time of the booking (unless otherwise specified for certain periods). For reservations made with a partial advance payment, the remaining balance must be settled upon arrival at the property during check-in.
Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.
This homestay is open for families with kids, groups, and couples. Guests aged 13 and above are considered as an adult and will incur additional charges.
We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the home premises.

Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Do not play loud music or cause nuisance, as the place is located in a village area. Please respect neighbours and culture around.
Guests are advised to carry warm clothes in all seasons as the property is situated at 9000 ft.
We recommend the guests to carry minimal luggage with them, as they have to walk on a small trail and we do not provide luggage assistance, barring few special requests.
