At Zostel, Vibe Curators are the people who make hostels feel alive. Your job is to make sure they reach their destinations smoothly, from selection to showing up on-ground, ready to go!
You’ll be working closely with the Community team at Zostel hq to experience how India’s first backpackers' exclusive brand keeps its community & culture moving and flowing.
What you will do
Managing candidates across multiple locations
Running onboarding journeys
Communicating with people from different backgrounds, cities, and countries
Handling timelines, delays, and last-minute changes without losing control
Understanding how a distributed team operates
