We’re looking for a design enthusiast who loves visual storytelling and understands how strong design brings ideas to life. In this role, you’ll work closely with our video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to create eye-catching visuals that align with project goals and strengthen brand identity.
What You’ll Do
Motion Graphics Creation: Use tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create engaging motion graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads, while staying true to brand guidelines.
Enhancing Motion Content: Add typography, visual effects, and sound design to elevate motion content and increase audience engagement.
Layout & Composition: Design layouts that enhance user experience and bring visual stories to life across digital platforms.
Graphic Optimisation: Adapting and optimising motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices, and ensuring all creative work aligns with the brand’s identity, voice, timelines, and project requirements.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop design concepts that clearly convey messages and engage target audiences.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from internal teams to refine designs and improve final outputs.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and project managers to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
Project Management: Juggle multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Creative Contribution: Bring fresh ideas and solutions to the table to drive the overall success of the design team.
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in motion graphics within a marketing or advertising environment (mandatory).
Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
Proven experience creating visually engaging animations, motion graphics, and video effects.
A solid understanding of Instagram and YouTube as content platforms, along with current social media trends.
A sharp eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
