The Journey You’ll Take

Imagine a traveller sitting in a rainy cafe, typing "best offbeat places near Manali" into a search bar. Your words should be the first thing they see. You will be responsible for crafting travel guides and blog posts that are as informative as they are enchanting.

But your journey doesn't stop at the blog. You will also be the voice of Zostel on the scroll. You’ll take those deep-dive travel insights and distil them into punchy, magnetic social media captions that stop a user in their tracks. From meta-descriptions that spark curiosity to Instagram captions that start a conversation, your pen will define how the world sees us across the digital landscape.

What You Bring

The SEO compass: You don't just "stuff" keywords; you weave them naturally into your content. You understand on-page SEO, keyword density, and how to write headlines that both Google and travellers love.

Social media flair: You know how to adapt your voice. You can be authoritative and helpful in a long-form article, then witty and relatable in a 150-character caption.

The 0.5-1 year milestone: You’ve spent some time in the content trenches. You know the difference between a good draft and a polished, publish-ready piece that’s optimised for growth.

Analytical curiosity: You’re comfortable using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to find what travellers are searching for, and you keep an eye on social trends to see what’s capturing the community’s imagination.
