And now, we’re looking for a passionate Assistant Brand Manager to help build and grow Zo Trips, our travel experiences vertical that brings the Zostel community together through all-inclusive, handcrafted domestic & international itineraries.

What You’ll Do
Build and own Zo Trips’ brand presence: Manage and grow our digital footprint across platforms, including social media, content, partnerships, and community channels.
Shape stories that inspire travel: Work with designers, writers, and video teams to create content that captures the soul of Zo Trips- immersive, fun, and real.
Run campaigns end-to-end: From ideation and creative direction to execution and reporting, lead marketing campaigns that drive bookings, engagement, and brand love.
Manage UGC, website, and social content (photos/videos): Work with trip leaders, internal teams, travellers, and stakeholders to collect images, testimonials, and media for marketing communications.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with Growth, Operations, and Community teams to design go-to-market strategies for upcoming trips and experiences.
Oversee communication consistency: Ensure every touchpoint, from Instagram captions to WhatsApp broadcast channel, reflects Zostel’s voice and vibe.
Engage and grow the community: Build strong relationships with travellers, creators, and partners through online and offline activations.
Track what works: Measure campaign performance, engagement, and growth metrics. Use data to iterate, improve, and scale impact.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
A strong sense of storytelling, you know how to turn an idea into an emotion that moves people.
Hands-on experience with social media strategy, content calendars, and influencer or community marketing.
A creative brain + analytical heart, you love brainstorming but also care about metrics.
Comfortable with fast-moving environments, quick turnarounds, multiple stakeholders, and high ownership.
Collaborative by nature. You’re someone who thrives on working with creative, growth, and ops teams.
A personal love for travel, culture, and experiences, which shows in how you think and create.
