At Zostel, we’re on a mission to make travel cool, conscious, and community-driven. And we’re looking for a Social Media Intern who can help us keep the internet buzzing with stories, reels, and conversations that capture the Zostel vibe.
What You’ll Do
Keep the conversation alive: Manage day-to-day brand interactions, replies, and DMs across platforms. You’ll be the voice of Zostel online, friendly, fun, and always on point.
Create content that vibes: Work with the social and design teams to craft posts, reels, and stories that celebrate travel, hostels, and our growing community.
Stay on top of trends: Spot new social trends and formats, then find creative ways to make them Zostel-style.
Collaborate for campaigns: Support the marketing team with ORM insights, user stories, and creative ideas that strengthen brand love.
Measure what matters: Track engagement, report highlights, and share feedback to keep improving our content game.
What You’ll Need
0–1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or community management (college projects and personal pages count too!).
A sharp sense of aesthetic, humour, and storytelling.
Basic design skills in Canva (bonus points for light video editing).
Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn formats.
A proactive, can-do attitude, and the curiosity to learn fast in a creative environment.
A love for travel, people, and content that connects.
