We are looking for an Ads Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and reporting performance-based ad campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation.
Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to build effective ad strategies.
Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and pixel implementation to measure campaign performance accurately.
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement changes to maximize ROAS and achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Collaborate with the content, video, and design teams to create compelling ad copy and creative assets.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.
Experience with email marketing and SEO is a bonus, and candidates with the same will be preferred.
Requirements
2β4 years of proven experience managing Meta & Google ad campaigns.
Proficient in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across industries and geographies.
