Deep dive into data from multiple sources (website analytics, booking data, customer feedback, OTA platforms) to unlock actionable insights.
Create dynamic dashboards and visually appealing reports to guide strategic decisions.
Track and forecast key business metrics—occupancy rates, revenue per available bed (RevPAB), customer acquisition costs, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and tech teams to optimize performance across Zostel properties.
Provide analytical support to marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer experience initiatives.
🎯 Who You Are:
Data is your second language; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
Tableau, Power BI, Looker is a must.
Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis would be a strong plus.
Curious and proactive; you're always asking, "What's behind these numbers?"
Strong communicator; you effortlessly translate complex data into simple, impactful insights.
