At Zostel, the Front Desk Manager is more than just a receptionist â youâre the first impression, the host, and the vibe-setter. Youâll run the front desk day-to-day, welcome travellers from around the world, and make sure every guest feels at home from the moment they walk in.
This role is for someone whoâs great with people, organised under pressure, and comfortable handling both guests and systems. Youâll balance warm hospitality with operational discipline, ensuring smooth check-ins, accurate records, and great guest experiences.

Comfortable using booking systems like eZee, internal tools like Slack, and basic online platforms for daily work.
What You Will Do
Run front desk operations â manage check-ins, check-outs, bookings, cancellations, and room allocations.
Be the primary point of contact for guests, handling questions, requests, and complaints independently.
Use property management systems to maintain accurate guest records, availability, and reports.
Handle cash, billing, and payments responsibly during your shift.
Coordinate closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms and beds are ready on time.
Share information about property rules, activities, and local experiences with guests.
Represent the Zostel culture and vibe in every guest interaction.
Follow all company policies, including safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
Who You Are
Experienced in front office or guest-facing hospitality roles.
Comfortable using property management software.
A clear communicator, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Interested in travel, youth culture, and people-first hospitality.
Responsible, proactive, and ready to take ownership on shift.
Pay & Work Details
Pay Package: âč15,000 â âč18,000 per month, based on location and experience.
Stay & Food: Provided complementary at the property.
Reporting To: Property Manager.
Employment: Directly with the Zostel Franchise Partner (not the Central Team).
Duties may evolve based on property needs â flexibility is part of the role.
