We're looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our dynamic teams at multiple Zostel locations across India & Nepal. If you are a people’s champ, can talk about anything, create a friendly environment with no hassle, organise fun activities and events, and provide unforgettable experiences for travellers, we want you on board! The role of Community Manager is special because you get to:
You get brownie points if you have experience in community management and social media, know how to play a musical instrument, are great at hosting karaoke sessions, and can break the ice between you and the travellers with ease.
We need someone who:
You will collaborate closely with our on-ground team and engage with travellers on a daily basis. It's important to emphasize that this hiring is specifically for on-site roles. Hence, the selected Community Manager will be stationed at one of our Zostel properties and not in the central team. Also, if selected, you’re expected to reside at the property consistently.
