We’re looking for a creative strategist who can grow our Youtube channel through fun, compelling, and engaging content. If you’re an upcoming YouTube creator/filmmaker or have experience in Youtube strategy and content creation for a brand/individual, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating, maintaining, and promoting channel content, including videos and other assets.
Supervising channel operations, including staffing, facilities, and equipment.
Developing channel marketing strategy and implementing tactics, including paid and organic search.
Proactively identifying content and performance trends across YouTube.
Analysing and interpreting data, defining viewership patterns and growth metrics and delivering recommendations based on data.
Skills we need:
1-3 years experience strategizing for YouTube channels.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
Understanding of digital videos and a proven interest in keeping up with all video platforms across the web.
Ability to experiment wisely with content and strategy to optimise for key metrics.
Analytics expertise and experience building data-driven video strategies.
Proven track record of audience growth.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creative eye for design and video content.
Excellent time management and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
