We're looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales & Revenue Manager to join our central sales team based in Gurugram. As a Sales & Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximising Zostel’s revenue by implementing revenue management strategies, processing and identifying new revenue opportunities, and expanding Zostel’s distribution partnerships. Prior exposure to OTA channels is a plus.
• Manage and maximise cluster revenue while maintaining the accuracy of the information and enhancing automation efforts in the pricing management systems.
• Follow market trends and adjust sales strategy as required by preparing competitive benchmark studies on all online distribution channels (including but not limited to Zostel, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, GoMMT, and Hostelworld).
• Manage tariffs and restrictions, and communicate the ongoing quarter’s tariff strategy to individual Zostel franchise partners.
• Perform all Revenue Management reporting and provide forward-looking information of forecasting, targetting need areas, and balancing financial expectations.
• Accurately generate, process, and update Revenue Management reports and monitor actual sales against projected sales.
• Schedule forecast meetings as requested by Zostel franchises.
• Assist with training new associates as necessary on revenue management tools.
• Remain up to date with all local, national and international trends.
• Be part of the guest journey to ensure that we create a truly unique Zostel experience.

A graduate from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major. Minimum 1-year experience in sales management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
• Knowledge of hotel technologies like PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, and Extranets.
• Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
• A strong command of both written and spoken English is required
