Job Description

We're looking for a quick-witted and enthusiastic Zosteler whose strengths lie in ideation, third-party communication, and most importantly, project management. If you have a background in media agencies, marketing, hospitality industry, or start-ups, we're keen to hear from you.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Maintaining and optimising Zostel's Content Creator Program dedicated to working with upcoming and established creators for video content and social promotions.
• Ideating strategies for property and product launches, video shoots, and more.
• Community management of volunteers, creators, and more as required.
• Leading and managing event-specific projects as required.

Note: While this list comprises major KRAs for this role, the profile is also volatile and may require the candidate to take up other responsibilities from time to time.

We need someone who:

• Can ideate, lead, and manage projects.
• Is enthusiastic about social media, internet trends, and digital marketing.
• Has a basic understanding of video editing and social media content.
• Can manage a community of outsourced individuals on a daily basis.
• Is keen on experimenting and learning something new each week.
• Has great communication skills and can juggle tasks alongside multiple team members at once.

You'll be working closely with social media and video teams.
