How Kotgarh gave us tastier apples?
Kotgarh, a Himalayan haven, is where India's apple story truly blossomed. Once a sleepy hill station, it transformed into a fruity fairytale when Samuel Stokes decided to give these foreign fruits a shot in 1916. With the Himalayas as their backdrop and nature as their gardener, these apples grew into something truly extraordinary. The crisp, juicy orbs that emerged were like nothing India had ever tasted. It was as if the mountains had whispered their secrets to these apples, infusing them with a flavour so divine it gave 'apple of the eye' a whole new meaning. Today, Kotgarh's apples are more than just fruit; they're a testament to nature's artistry and a delightful surprise that keeps the nation coming back for more.
